On Tap Anywhere Mobile Bar Service Booking Agreement

3. Permits and Licensing Requirements
- Keg Transportation Permit: The Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations requiring a keg transportation permit for events with keg delivery. The Customer is responsible for obtaining this permit if applicable. Failure to provide a valid permit prior to the event may result in cancellation of service with no refund of the deposit.
4. Alcohol Service Compliance
- On Tap Anywhere will adhere to all applicable ABC laws, including verifying age requirements and refusing service to intoxicated or disorderly guests. The Customer agrees to support these compliance measures to ensure a safe and lawful event.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Permits and Venue Requirements: The Customer is responsible for ensuring the venue allows alcohol service by a third-party provider and obtaining any required event permits.
- Safety and Conduct: The Customer will maintain a safe environment for all attendees and accepts responsibility for the behavior of guests and event staff. The Company is not liable for incidents or accidents resulting from inappropriate behavior by guests.
6. Liability and Insurance
- The Customer acknowledges that On Tap Anywhere holds general liability insurance. However, the Customer is encouraged to carry additional event insurance to cover potential liabilities beyond the Company’s control.
7. Damages
- The Customer will be responsible for any damage to On Tap Anywhere's equipment or property caused by guests or event staff.
8. Arbitration Agreement
- Both parties agree that any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This agreement is governed by North Carolina law, and arbitration shall take place in Charlotte, NC, unless both parties agree to an alternative location. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action and agree to bring any claims on an individual basis only.
9. Amendments and Modifications
- This Agreement may only be modified or amended in writing, signed by both the Company and the Customer.
10. Entire Agreement
- This Agreement, along with the Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of On Tap Anywhere's mobile bar services.
